Antica Distilleria Sibona Liquore Caffè & Cacao

HK$0.00

CONCENTRATED ARABICA ESPRESSO AND CRUSHED CACAO BEAN, SLOW-INFUSED TO AN ORIGINAL SIBONA RECIPE. DARK, RICH AND GENUINELY HARD TO PUT DOWN.

Coffee and chocolate is one of the great flavour combinations — and Sibona has done it properly. Concentrated Arabica espresso and crushed cacao bean, slow-infused in alcohol to an original Sibona recipe that gives each ingredient the time it needs to express itself fully.

The result is deep, dark and aromatic — intense coffee up front, with the cacao building underneath in a way that feels more like dark chocolate than dessert syrup. Velvety texture, balanced sweetness, and a finish that lingers with real intent.

At 20% ABV it sits comfortably as a digestivo, an after-dinner pour, or the backbone of a very good Espresso Martini. Straightforward in concept, quietly exceptional in execution.

Tasting notes

Deep dark brown in the glass. The nose is immediate and inviting — freshly roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a quiet suggestion of vanilla.

On the palate, the texture is velvety and the sweetness well-judged, letting the coffee's natural robustness come through cleanly. Crushed cacao builds through the mid-palate with a pleasantly bitter edge — dark chocolate rather than milk.

The finish is long and aromatic, coffee and cacao holding together with easy, unhurried persistence.

Food pairing

A natural companion to anything that shares its flavour territory — coffee and dark chocolate are the obvious anchors, but the liqueur's depth carries further than that.

Tiramisu

Dark chocolate tart

Espresso panna cotta

Hazelnut torte or almond pastries

Bitter chocolate truffles

Strong aged cheeses
