Sibona Grappa Riserva Tuttogrado di Barolo

HK$0.00

UNDILUTED. UNCOMPROMISED. EXACTLY AS IT CAME OFF THE STILL.

Tuttogrado means one thing: no water added. What goes into the barrel is what goes into the bottle — the spirit at its natural distillation strength, aged in oak, and presented without adjustment. It's a statement of confidence that very few distilleries are willing to make. Sibona makes it without hesitation.

The marc is Nebbiolo — freshly harvested from Barolo DOCG vineyards, distilled in Sibona's copper pot stills with the same precision that has defined the house since licence number one. Time in oak does its work. Then the spirit goes straight to bottle. No dilution. No compromise.

What you get is Barolo grappa in its most concentrated form — powerful, structured and deeply expressive of the grape that made it. Not for the faint-hearted, but absolutely for the serious.

Tasting Notes

Deep amber. The nose is intense and focused — concentrated dried fruit, toasted oak and the mineral backbone of Barolo's Nebbiolo running clean beneath. On the palate: dark cherry, walnut, leather and warm spice in long, structured waves. The finish doesn't so much fade as slowly withdraw — deep, persistent and entirely unrelenting.
