Sibona Grappa di Nebbiolo

HK$0.00

BAROLO'S GRAPE. BEYOND BAROLO'S BOUNDARIES.

Nebbiolo is Piedmont's most noble variety — the grape behind Barolo, Barbaresco, and some of Italy's most cellar-worthy wines. Thick-skinned, late-ripening and fiercely site-specific, it produces wines of extraordinary structure, tannin and longevity. As a grappa, that same elemental character comes through — but freed from the constraints of appellation and vintage, this is Nebbiolo distilled on its own terms.

Sibona selects fresh Nebbiolo marc from the Langhe and Roero — two of Piedmont's most respected growing areas — distilling it in copper pot stills entirely in-house with the full expertise of their oenologists and master distillers. Aged in stainless steel to preserve its natural clarity and varietal precision, the result is a grappa of genuine Piedmontese character — harmonious, full and imposing, with an intensity and persistence that speaks directly to the quality of its raw material.

Presented in Sibona's distinctive graduated bottle — notched down the side to indicate content, with an elegant pouring spout — this is a grappa that earns its place on any serious back bar.

Tasting Notes

Crystal clear. The nose is open and generous, moving from floral to fruity notes with an inviting freshness. The palate is harmonious, full and imposing — very intense, with a persistent aftertaste that lingers with real authority.
