Sibona Grappa di Barolo

HK$0.00

THE KING OF WINES. NOW IN ITS PUREST FORM.

Barolo needs little introduction. Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grown within the strictly defined Barolo DOCG zone, it is widely regarded as Italy's greatest red wine — powerful, structured, and built to last. The marc that remains after its long maceration carries the full weight of that character, and in Sibona's hands, not a trace of it is lost.

Distilled in-house in copper pot stills from fresh Nebbiolo marc selected at harvest from the Barolo DOCG, then rested in stainless steel before further ageing in oak barrels. The result is a grappa of real depth — mature, velvety and beautifully balanced, with harmonious woody notes and a finish that lingers long and commands attention.

Tasting Notes

Pale amber. The nose is intense with smooth, elegant spicy notes — the oak influence present but never dominant. The palate is mature, deep and velvety with excellent balance and harmonious woody notes. The aftertaste is lingering and persistent, with real authority.
