Antica Distilleria Sibona Civico 10 — Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore

HK$0.00

NAMED AFTER THE ADDRESS WHERE IT WAS BORN. NEBBIOLO D'ALBA, 22 BOTANICALS, AND A RECIPE THAT'S BEEN PERFECTED OVER GENERATIONS.

Vermouth has been a Turinese tradition since the late 18th century. Civico 10 is Sibona's tribute to that heritage — and it earns the name with everything in the bottle.

The name is an address: Via Roma 10, Piobesi d'Alba, where Distilleria Sibona has stood since 1900. The recipe uses exclusively Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC wine as its base — one of Piedmont's great red varieties, lending a depth and structural backbone that ordinary vermouth bases simply can't match. Twenty-two botanicals are slow-infused around it, led by Piedmontese artemisia alongside sweet and bitter orange, vanilla and gentian.

The result is richly aromatic, bittersweet and layered — a Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore with proper credentials and a story that begins in the same hills that give you Barolo.

Tasting notes

Deep amber-red. The nose is richly aromatic — dried fruit, bittersweet orange peel, vanilla and a complex herbal layer led by artemisia. On the palate, the Nebbiolo base lends body and quiet tannic structure. Dried fruit, bittersweet orange and warm spice build through the mid-palate with gentian threading the finish. Long, elegant and unhurried.
