Maison Audry Exception
A RARE, MATURE COGNAC WITH CANDIED FRUIT, WARM SPICE, FINE RANCIO, OLD OAK, PRUNES, COFFEE AND COCOA.
Maison Audry Exception is a rare blend of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie aged for between 40 and 60 years. Its exceptional maturity brings considerable depth and complexity, combining concentrated fruit with spice, old oak and developed rancio.
Candied fruit leads the aromatic profile, accompanied by warming spice and the distinctive character of prolonged maturation. As the Cognac opens, mature oak and rancio give way to richer notes of nuts and prunes.
Coffee and cocoa emerge through the exceptionally long finish, adding dark, gently bittersweet dimensions to the ripe fruit and mature wood. The result is a contemplative Cognac intended for slow, unhurried appreciation.
Tasting notes
Candied fruit and warm spice introduce mature notes of old oak and fine rancio. The richly developed palate reveals nuts and prunes before coffee and cocoa unfold across an exceptionally long, complex finish.
