Lergenmüller Pinot Noir Trocken 2024

HK$0.00

WILD BERRIES, ROSE AND GENTLE VANILLA. REFINED PFALZ PINOT NOIR WITH WILD SPICES, SOFT TANNINS AND A GENEROUS, FULL-BODIED PALATE.

A refined expression of Pinot Noir from the Pfalz.

Lergenmüller Pinot Noir Trocken 2024 is produced from grapes grown across several plots with calcareous loam soils. The fruit is completely destemmed before undergoing four days of cold maceration, encouraging the early extraction of colour, aromas and tannins from the grape skins.

Known locally as Spätburgunder, Pinot Noir is valued for its ability to combine aromatic delicacy with depth. Here, wild berries and roses shape the complex bouquet, followed by vanilla and untamed spice.

The palate is full-bodied but polished, with soft tannins supporting the ripe fruit and savoury detail. Its balance of floral lift, berry character and gentle spice makes it an approachable and versatile German Pinot Noir.

Burgundian refinement with Palatinate confidence.

Soft around the edges, but certainly not short of character.

Tasting notes

Bright ruby red with youthful garnet reflections.

A complex bouquet of ripe wild berries and fragrant roses is joined by subtle vanilla and wild spices.

Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with generous berry fruit and soft, well-integrated tannins. Floral and savoury notes continue through the balanced, gently spiced finish.

Pinot Noir prefers elegance to overheated enthusiasm.

  • Roast veal

  • Grilled lamb

  • Mushroom and truffle pasta

  • Wild-mushroom risotto
