Lergenmüller Feuerstein Sauvignon Blanc Trocken 2025

HK$0.00

GOOSEBERRY, GREEN PEPPER AND FRESH HERBS. COMPLEX PFALZ SAUVIGNON BLANC WITH RIPE FRUIT, PEPPERY SPICE AND A FULL, MINERAL-DRIVEN PALATE.

Precision in the vineyard provides the foundations for this expressive Sauvignon Blanc.

Lergenmüller Feuerstein Sauvignon Blanc Trocken 2025 is produced exclusively from pre-selected grapes harvested by hand. Following harvest, the fruit undergoes 24 hours of skin contact, helping to extract greater aromatic detail and structure before fermentation. One week of bâtonnage, or lees stirring, contributes additional texture and fullness.

The result combines recognisable Sauvignon Blanc character with the generous style of the southern Pfalz. Gooseberry and green bell pepper lead the bouquet, followed by fresh herbs, ripe fruit and a subtle touch of black pepper.

On the palate, balanced residual sweetness and acidity complement a full body and clearly defined mineral character. Herbal freshness and ripe fruit remain closely integrated, creating a complex but approachable dry white wine with substance and length.

Distinctively Sauvignon Blanc.

Though not limited to the usual script.

Tasting notes

Bright, youthful yellow with pale green reflections.

Gooseberry and green bell pepper introduce the nose, accompanied by fresh herbs, ripe citrus fruit and a subtle touch of black pepper.

Full and balanced on the palate, with ripe fruit, refreshing acidity and underlying mineral structure. Gentle creaminess from lees contact brings texture to the persistent, herbaceous finish.
