Tarsier Southeast Asian Dry Gin 40%
CALAMANSI, THAI SWEET BASIL, GALANGAL AND KAMPOT PEPPER. BRIGHT, HERBACEOUS AND DISTINCTLY SOUTHEAST ASIAN.
Tarsier Southeast Asian Dry Gin began with a backpacking journey and the flavours discovered along the way. Inspired by the food, markets and native ingredients of Southeast Asia, it brings a vivid new character to the familiar structure of a London Dry Gin.
Its four signature botanicals tell much of the story. Calamansi brings bright notes of lime and mandarin, while Thai sweet basil adds a fresh, herbaceous quality. Galangal introduces warming ginger spice, followed by the slow, peppery finish of Kampot pepper.
Juniper remains at the heart of the gin, supported by coriander seed, cassia, bitter almond, liquorice, angelica and orris root. The result is bold and layered, but beautifully balanced: citrus first, aromatic herbs and spice beneath, then a long, dry finish.
It makes a distinctive G&T and gives bartenders an immediate route into Southeast Asian flavour. Try it with a classic Indian tonic, lime and fresh ginger, or let its citrus and spice reshape a Dry Martini.
Spirits with a purpose
The tarsier may be small, but it plays a central role in this brand’s story.
Tarsier donates 10% of its profits to conservation projects in Southeast Asia that work to protect endangered tarsiers and the habitats they depend upon. Its conservation partners include the Philippine Tarsier Foundation.
So, while every bottle offers a journey into Southeast Asian flavour, it also helps support the wildlife and landscapes that inspired the brand.
Tasting notes
Lime and mandarin lead, followed by aromatic herbs and warming ginger spice. Kampot pepper builds through the finish, giving the gin a long, dry and gently fiery conclusion.
