Tarsier Lychee & Raspberry Pink Gin was inspired by a visit to a fruit orchard on the banks of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, where platters arrived piled high with ripe, colourful fruit. That experience became the starting point for a pink gin shaped by the flavours and vibrancy of Southeast Asia.
Lychee leads with its distinctive floral sweetness, while raspberry brings brightness and a gently tart edge. Red dragon fruit completes the trio, adding another subtle layer of tropical fruit to the gin’s classic botanical base.
Unlike many pink gins, this is not designed to be overly sweet. A small amount of fruit sugar balances the sharper fruit notes without masking the juniper beneath. The result is light, fragrant and refreshing, with enough structure to work in cocktails as well as a simple G&T.
Serve it with a light tonic, fresh raspberries and mint, or lengthen it into a colourful Lychee & Raspberry Spritz.
